We track "Basket IDs" rather than personal identities, ensuring a high-security environment that respects customer privacy and maintains a welcoming store atmosphere.

With the Sanskriti ecosystem, Point-of-Sale (POS) Integration is the bridge between digital transactions and physical reality. We move beyond simple "receipt logging" to create a unified sensory checkout.

By syncing your existing POS software with our Physical AI vision layer, Sanskriti ensures that what is scanned in the system perfectly matches what is moving in the physical world.

Real-Time Transaction Validation

Sanskriti acts as a secondary, automated witness to every transaction.

  • Visual Cross-Referencing: As an item is scanned, our AI identifies the object's shape, color, and packaging. If a high-value electronics box is scanned as a "bag of onions" (barcode switching), the system flags the mismatch instantly.

  • The secondary Filter: We detect "non-scans"—when an item passes the scanner without a digital trigger—and alert supervisors in a minute to prevent internal shrinkage.

Inventory-Sync: The "Live" Ledger

Traditional POS systems only know what was sold. Sanskriti knows what is gone.

Technical Compatibility

Sanskriti is designed on top of ubuntu OS to run on bare metal systems locally. Our API layer integrates seamlessly with industry-standard POS providers:

  • Theft Cloud Sync: We sync 30 sec before and 30 sec after an anomaly is confirmed by HIL through the cloud for Backups.

  • Edge Processing: Vision computation happens locally to ensure zero lag at the register, even during peak "Mandi" hours.

  • Autonomous ride up and go - we are testing, some small robots to delivery autonomously from the back of the store to the customer.

Self-checkouts are high-risk zones for inventory loss. Sanskriti stabilizes this environment: By having a HIL

  • Missed Item Detection: We monitor the baskets and employees look for anomalies

  • Automated Cart Verification: Integrated vision can assist in streamlining all items to adding the cart before the HIL can start the Task.

Operational Heat-Mapping

We use PV data to visualize How the store is being uitilized in real time.

  • Conversion Analytics: By comparing store basket traffic with POS completion and ERP sync (Physical AI) with POS completions (Digital Data), we calculate your true conversion rate for every aisle.

  • Staff Optimization: The system tracks the empoyee when they leave the counter for low traffic work and keep tab on the employee that tney are on the store floor.
